Calculation details

Initial users × share per paid month × (1 + renewal rate + renewal rate² + …). Fractional users represent a modelled average. Lifetime rights do not guarantee renewals.

Net revenue: $7.00 per paid user. Taxes, refunds, price changes and buyout are excluded. Actual pacts define the full terms.

Example: 30% store fee, no tax or refunds. Pilot platform fee: 0% for life.

Agreed once. Locked in.

Creators keep their agreed share. Builders know their costs and exit terms.

Builders pay creators directly. Revpacts verifies the account, not the payment.

How the protection works

Nobody edits a signed pact, including Revpacts. Changes need a new agreement. Both sides get the same monthly statement; corrections stay traceable.

Only connected revenue is verified. Lost access is flagged to both sides. Late amounts stay owed, but Revpacts cannot guarantee or force payment.
